I've had many Fraxel sessions, why do my scars still look the same?
Surface texture can improve, but deeply tethered scar bases or fibrotic tissue may remain unchanged. That is why combination treatment such as laser + subcision + regenerative injection is discussed more often than single-session fractional treatment.
How many sessions are usually needed?
